BATTLE OF BRITAIN COMMEMORATED
On Sunday September 20, 2026, members of Branch 270 Coldwater marked Battle of Britain Sunday by laying a wreath at the Coldwater Cenotaph. Branch Past President Norm Marion (with wreath), escorted by Sergeant-at-Arms Barry Gougeon - with Cheryll Barr watching - laid a wreath to honour those who served in the Battle of Britain during the Second World War. Fought between July and October 1940, the Battle of Britain is widely recognized as the greatest air battle of all times
