DISTRICT ‘E’ SPRING 2026 CONVENTION
The District ‘E’ Spring 2026 Convention was held at Branch 385 Aurora from April 10 to April 12. More than one hundred Legion members attended the convention, representing most of the 39 branches within the district. VIMY RIDGE COMMEMORATED
Today, April 9, 2026, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 270 Coldwater 2nd Vice President, Comrade Al Myre, accompanied by other members of the Branch Executive, laid a wreath at the Cenotaph in memory of those Canadian soldiers who fought – and too many who died – at the Battle of Vimy Ridge on that day in 1917. WEDNESDAY NIGHT DARTS SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY
On Wednesday April 1, our Coldwater Wednesday Night Darts league showed its support to the community by making donations to various causes of their choice, including a donation of $1,000.00 to Coldwater's Children's Breakfast Club, another $1,000.00 to the Coldwater Foodbank, and $1,000.00 to the Branch itself.
