It was another banner day (literally!) on March 17 at the Coldwater Branch where dozens of patrons and supporters braved the cold to come and parade and celebrate St. Paddy’s Day in a proper Irish-for-the-day environment. Several members of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 270 Coldwater organized and took part in this annual – quite informal - parade. They were joined by an enthusiastic crowd of local residents to march on the main street through Coldwater. Many of them carried on afterwards to the Legion's Club Room to celebrate in a definitely Irish-green environment. Live music was provided by Len Murphy. Thank you to all who participated and/or helped with the celebrations, and congratulations to this year's King and Queen, John O'Hara and Donna Packer.
