COLDWATER DUCK RACE DAY
On Saturday May 25, hundreds of people braved a steady rain and gathered in Coldwater for the annual Lions Duck Race Parade. As per tradition, a Colour Party from Royal Canadian Legion Branch 270 Coldwater led the parade. Luckily, the skies cleared up in the afternoon for people to watch thousands of little rubber ducks float down the Coldwater River and compete to get their "owner" one of the great prizes.
