IN MEMORIAM: JOHN STEVENSON

John Stevenson of Coldwater and formerly of Toronto, member of the Coldwater Branch, Royal Canadian Legion, passed away suddenly at the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Friday October 9, 2020 at the age of 76. Loved and cherished husband of Monica. Beloved son of Helen and the late Julius Stevenson. Survived and loved by his children Ted, Justine, Tracey, Liz, Jessica, Alisson, Kyle, and Carter, by their spouses, by his many grandchildren and his siblings Darlene, Walter, Sharon and their spouses. Predeceased by sister Carole. Will be sadly missed by his extended family, the Reid family and many friends. At John’s request he wanted to be cremated with no visitation or service and because of regulations due to COVID-19, a celebration of his life will be held and announced at a later date. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of John may be made to the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital “Dialysis Unit” and may be made through the Coldwater Funeral Home.
